Roecker Consulting Group was selected among leading national and regional consulting firms in 2009 to conduct a feasibility study for a proposed $21 million capital campaign to help build new Denver libraries and renovate existing ones. The Study was successfully completed and the Friends Foundation is in process of determining next steps, based on the Study findings.
