Roecker Consulting Group conducted a feasibility study for the Vail Valley Medical Center’s Cancer Caring House (Jack’s Place) and subsequently served as campaign counsel. The $4.2 million goal was exceeded and Jack’s Place held its Grand Opening in March 2007. The campaign outreach resulted in lead and major gifts from many of the Vail Valley’s top philanthropic leaders who initially expressed a lack of confidence in project success. Jack’s provides accommodations and support for cancer patients from a six-county region. VVMC retained RCG again in 2008 to serve as counsel for a $2 million campaign to acquire a PET/CT Scanner for the Shaw Cancer Center. The campaign goal was successfully reached. In 2009 VVMC retained RCG to restructure the VVMC Foundation to assure an impactful future.

“We have reached our $4.2 million capital campaign goal!!! I value your guidance so much and know we could not have been this successful without your wise training. This is all a learning process - our good intensions needed your able leadership. We feel so good about your guidance and style.”
